Storage FAQ's

Our self storage facility offers a way for you to safely store your business or personal property. You will have control over what is stored in your personal unit. You own the lock and key, so you will have control of your storage unit. As the renter of this unit, your rights are protected through a rental agreement furnished by the Texas Self Storage Association.

You may rent as long as you wish. We rent our units on a month-to-month basis, and the minimum rental period is one month. All we require is that you notify us at least 10 days prior to the end of your final month.

Our climate controlled units maintain a temperature of 55 to 85 degrees. Severe hot or cold weather can damage items stored in units, this feature helps protect your belongings from extreme temperatures.

Bills can be paid in-person, by mail or over the phone (We don’t currently have on-line payment available).

We accept all major credit cards.

If you forget your passcode look for a phone number on the keypad and call for assistance.

The gate hours are from 7am to 8pm daily.

Open lot storage is only available at our Powell Road location and is:

$40.00/month for car, truck, lowboy trailer or small camper
